The challenge
The owner wanted a premium finish without cost surprises, after a previous experience where the budget doubled mid-project.
Our solution
We provided a detailed proposal with pre-approved quantities and materials, locked selections before execution, and sent a weekly photo progress report.
“What stood out was the clarity of the quotation from day one. No surprise items, and the weekly photo reports kept me confident throughout.”
