The challenge
The HQ had to be delivered in seven months while other contractors worked in the same building, with tight coordination between suspended ceilings, HVAC routes and lighting across large open floors.
Our solution
We built a floor-by-floor schedule, prepared coordinated ceiling and MEP shop drawings before starting, and assigned a full-time quality engineer to sign off each stage before the next. The project was handed over on time, with a final snag list closed within one week.
