Spare-Parts Supply Programme for a Food Plant — 10th of Ramadan
It began with an urgent delivery for a stopped production line, became an ongoing supply programme — then fit-out works at the same plant.
- Client
- A major food manufacturer
- Location
- 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt
- Year
- 2025
- Duration
- Ongoing since 2023
- Azm's role
- Industrial and electrical spare-parts supplier
The challenge
A production line stopped due to failed electrical components that were discontinued, with no known alternative from usual suppliers.
Our solution
We identified the parts from their nameplates, supplied documented equivalents within 48 hours, then built a critical-spares list with the maintenance team that we now stock on a regular cycle.
“We started with Azm on urgent spare parts for a stopped production line. Their speed and accuracy in finding alternatives led us to hand them our admin building fit-out and other works. They have become a partner we rely on across several areas.”
